Lead Writer - National Voluntary Review 2025
Kaji was the lead writer for the 2025 Voluntary National Review report.
The Voluntary National Review (VNR) is the critical national report that countries submit to the UN every four years to track their progress toward the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, providing a transparent “report card” that pinpoints successes and gaps, engages stakeholders, and channels peer learning.
Kaji Collab trained youth on research methods and analysis.
Worked closely with Project Stand Up (PSU).
Project Stand Up (PSU) is a youth-driven initiative that grew out of a Development Studies class at the Fugee School in early 2016. Since then, it has become a globally recognized, award winning initiative focused on improving access to and participation in education, particularly for girls.
Leadership Coaching

Dr. Melati is a Certified Master Performance Coach and has coached over 25 professionals. She is currently working towards her Professionals International Coaching Federation coaching accreditations.
